    Checks that nothing stands in the way of treatment. If something is missing, they write to you.

    Prescription by email

    If the doctor issues it, you receive it as a PDF.

  4. Step 4

    Go to your pharmacy

    Show the prescription. The pharmacist decides on dispensing.

A doctor decides

Reads your answers before deciding and may ask you to clarify something.

Refund if refused

If the doctor refuses on medical or legal grounds, we refund the fee in full.

If we ask for a document, you have at least 7 days and we remind you before the deadline.

The pharmacist decides

As with any prescription, dispensing is up to the pharmacy.

Who assesses my request?

A doctor licensed in Poland (Damian Wojno, PWZ 3211301). Each request is assessed individually; the doctor may ask for more information or refuse.

Will any pharmacy accept the prescription?

It follows the EU model, but every pharmacist decides independently whether to dispense. We cannot guarantee how a particular pharmacy will respond.

What happens if the doctor refuses?

It is a decision taken for your safety. If the refusal is on medical or legal grounds, we refund the fee in full.

Can I ask for a medicine I have never taken?

Yes, if the questionnaire makes your situation clear. The doctor may ask for a document or a recent measurement, refer you to an in-person appointment or refuse.

What do you not prescribe?

Narcotic and psychotropic substances are excluded from cross-border prescriptions. The form warns you before payment.
